Visually stunning, the Golden Lion boasts the largest thatched roof in the North of England. To start try our Classic French Onion Soup, Chicken Liver Paté with Orange and Thyme accompanied by Red Onion Marmalade. The Chef highly recommends Slow Cooked Belly Pork on a bed of Black Pudding Mash with Scrumpy Cider and Sage sauce. Follow this with traditional Sticky Toffee Pudding or Crème Brulée.
